Californian pedal brand Neunaber Audio has launched what it calls “the ultimate reverb machine,” the feature-laden Illumine Reverb.
In this latest boutique effect offering, the company crammed a slew of exciting appointments into an unbelievably pedalboard-friendly enclosure. That includes 17 studio-grade reverbs, 50 professionally-made factory presets, as well as 50 user presets to save your favorite customized settings.
Stereo reverbs on offer include Hall, Plate, Spring, Rumble, Bloom, Vintage Digital, and many more. Some of the professionally crafted presets are creations of revered composer and sound designer Drew Schlesinger.
Control-wise, the Illumine comes with a no-sweat dual-knob and -footswitch interface. The upper dial browses through the menu and selects sub-menus, while the bottom one acts as a multi-functional tool to save voices and alter preset parameters.
As for the footswitches, the right one can either be an engage-only toggle or an extra preset recall button, whereas the left switch functions as a preset recall between.
“Regardless of your instrument or style of music, ILLUMINE has the flexibility and tone you desire. Your creativity is the only limit,” Neunaber Audio wrote.
The Illumine Reverb will be available later this month for a special introductory price of $379. Head over to Neunaber Audio for more details.
