Black Cat Bee Buzz
The Bee Buzz started as a Custom Shop project to grant the request of its Japanese distributor, who preordered twenty pedals. It is Black Cat’s version of the highly sought after vintage Roland Bee Baa. The first prototype has turned out very well, Black Cat decided to continue the run and has manufactured fifty Black Cat Custom Bee Buzz pedals in total. The Bee Buzz fuzz pedal is hardwired in the USA, featuring elegant top-grade hardware and knobs.

Black Cat Mini Trem
The Mini Trem from Black Cat is a dual function tremolo/clean boost within one pedal. It sports a spiffy new look and several additional features. It boasts a sixties-style tremolo with DEPTH and SPEED knobs. The circuit features a clean FET boost with TONE and BOOST controls. Black Cat added another stomp switch for double-speed/half-speed switching, and an LED flashing in time to the tremolo’s rate. The Mini Trem shines by utilizing the blend of all four controls, producing the most comprehensive variety of timbres and tones possible in any stompbox tremolo.

Black Cat N-Fuzz
The N-Fuzz is another Black Cat legacy product first created in limited quantity from 2001 to 2003 and was offered only within the Asian market. The circuit was built on a customized Fuzz Face, with a toggle switch for low and high output. Similar to the original, the new N-Fuzz utilizes N-Channel (NPN) transistors. Black Cat replaced the toggle switch of the original N-Fuzz with a variable bias control pot to make the new version more versatile.

Black Cat OD-1
The Black Cat OD-1 or “Freddie Fuzz” is an original design crafted based on the innovative properties of Analog Devices’ dual operational amplifier chip, OP275. It can go from clean to moderately crunchy to full-on saturated distortion. The Black Cat OD-1 responds to your pick attack and cleans up well when you roll back the guitar volume, just like a great Fuzz Face. It has been used by the likes of Lyle Workman, Beck, Steve Lukather, Scott Henderson, Kyle Cook (Matchbox Twenty), and several others.

Black Cat Pedals OD-Boost
The OD-Boost is a two-channel boost/overdrive pedal combining the OD-1 with a clean boost circuit. Both channels can be utilized individually or together simultaneously. The OD-Boost is a dynamic, robust, and extremely loud pedal that lets you find and explore the best grades of raw, unprocessed dirt. The pedal carries VOLUME and DRIVE knobs for the OD channel, and a BOOST knob to adjust the Boost channel’s level. The Boost and OD channels complement each other well, with several valuable combinations possible by changing the order of the channels and blending the circuits.

Black Cat Pedals OD-Fuzz
The Black Cat OD-Fuzz is a smart, dual channel fuzz/distortion box combining the OD-1 with an adjusted Fuzz Face style circuit. Both channels have their set of controls with individual LEDs for every side. While each channel produces a distinct sound, blending them will enable a tremendously broad range of tonal possibilities, from slightly overdriven to all-out fuzz. The new OD-Fuzz is a deluxe edition that features ORDER, GERMANIUM/SILICON, and BIAS controls.

Black Cat Wee Buzz
The Wee Buzz is a more compact and affordable variant of the Bee Buzz and is based on the original Roland Bee Baa as well. The Wee Buzz is designed for players who want a little fuzz minus all the fancy features. It employs the similar circuity used by its big brother Buzz but comes in a more pedalboard-friendly package. Closely resembling other Black Cat pedals, the Wee Buzz carries only the basic features and is pure fuzz. It does not include a control to dial in the fuzz as it is handcrafted to be maxed out always.
