Mini pedal specialist Mooer Audio has unveiled another compact addition to its product line-up for August—the Tone Capture Guitar pedal.
Employing its novel EQ matching technology “Tone Capture,” Mooer Audio claims that this handy little box of tricks is capable of accurately sampling any pick-up equipped guitar.
The Tone Capture leverages Mooer’s proprietary “dynamic layer” IR technology, and can also serve as a standalone EQ pedal, with seven onboard slots for Tone Capture or EQ presets. Users have the choice between buffer bypass and true bypass modes. The firmware is also upgradeable through USB.
Mooer Audio made the Tone Capture micro pedal for players who do not want to carry a rack’s worth of guitars to a gig. It opens up a variety of guitar sounds without the necessity to bring multiple guitars. The Tone Capture GTR pedal allows players to sample the distinctive tonal qualities of just about any of their guitars at home and conveniently carry them around in this mini format.
The Tone Capture GTR pedal consists of Level, Bass, Treble, Mid, and Mid Shift knobs for adjusting the volume, low frequency, high frequency, and mid-frequency respectively.
The Tone Capture Guitar pedal is available from authorized Mooer dealers and distributors across the globe starting August 15.
