Dunable Guitars has teamed up with Dave Davidson of the metal band Revocation for the new Eidolon Dave Davidson signature delay, reverb, and boost pedal.
The Eidolon delivers 20 dB of clean boost plus digital delay with feedback and time controls as well as a hall reverb with color and level controls. This three-in-one unit also incorporates a mod switch for adding modulation to delay trails.
Moreover, the three effects are controlled separately, enabling using each of them one at a time or all simultaneously.
Per Dunable, Davidson introduced the concept to the company to remedy the need to bring different pedals for each effect in his touring rig and streamline having to press three stompboxes on/off at once to get his lead tone on stage.
“The problem I was having was I wanted to streamline my setup,” the Revocation frontman stated. “When you’re thinking about having that lead sound you want a boost, you want a little bit of reverb, you want some delay for some atmosphere, and this pedal for the first time ever delivers all those effects all in one with just one stomp.”
The Eidolon is already available to pre-order for $259 and expected to ship on October 31.
