Based on the hugely influential Clyde McCoy wahs Vox put out in the late ‘60s, the Fulltone Clyde Standard Wah is an express train to Hendrix-style wah-wah bliss. The Clyde Standard’s circuitry is almost entirely identical to the “Signature” Clyde McCoy wah Jimi Hendrix used on “Electric Ladyland”, down to the ‘60s Vox-type inductor. The only big change is the addition of an internal hand-adjustable bass and gain knob for additional tonal control.
