Wampler has introduced its version of the double-Blues Breaker-style format popularized by the Analog Man King Of Tone—the Pantheon Deluxe Dual Overdrive.
Coming in as an update on the Blues Breaker-style Wampler Pantheon, the Pantheon Deluxe sports dual Pantheon circuits, each featuring slightly different voicing. While Channel 1 sounds closer to an authentic Blues Breaker, Channel 2 dishes out a more contemporary Pantheon-esque character.
Both channels have independent inputs and outputs, allowing you to run pedals between them or use them independently on a stereo signal chain side. The two sides run in series when you only use the primary inputs and outputs. For better flexibility, the order of the pedals is switchable, and you can use the MIDI in and out to manage the relay-based bypass.
Other controls include four side-mounted slide switches that let you set each channel’s gain level and voicing, as well as a global Presence knob to adjust the top-end to fit your amp perfectly. Each channel also carries Gain, Volume, Bass, and Treble dials.
The Wampler Pantheon Deluxe Dual Overdrive retails for $269.97.
