Death By Audio teased the latest addition to its permanent DBA lineup, the ROOMS Stereo Reverberator, via Instagram and social media on the run-up to NAMM 2020.
On its Instagram post, Death By Audio described the ROOMS stompbox as a “stereo, multi-function digital reverb capable of searing volume, gated walls of sound, and long, trailing reverberant ambiances with insane levels of control.”
The ROOMS Stereo Reverberator was crafted to the best standards of audio fidelity and versatility. A studio-grade mixer section offers independent FX and DRY controls over six painstakingly programmed reverb algorithms.
The six programs are marked GONG, WAVE, GATE, PEAK, DIGIT, and ROOM. According to Death By Audio, all verbs are “capable of a universe of sounds, and ROOMS is here to help you explore them.”
The ROOMS Stereo Reverberator consists of dual-mono dry signal lines and creative I/O switching that enable a ton of potential mono and stereo configurations. That allows for convenient signal routing for parallel processing or stereo amp setups.
This multi-function digital reverb pedal is controllable using controls for DEPTH, DRY, FX, FREQ, TIME, and ALT.
The ROOMS Stereo Reverberator is available now to preorder for $395. It will start shipping Spring 2020.
